have been forwarded you — I presume that the men th[at]
have returned inlisted by you were included in [undecipherable]
Belsells Muster Roll, if not you will muster them ag[ree]-
ably to your instructions, and from the Muster Ro[ll]
make out a Payroll and transmit them to this Offi[ce]
