Col. Commandant of the 33. Regiment of Militia that Robert Sanders had charg'd the Said Reed for the following Services to wit: for advertising a Meeting of the officers of his Regt. for the purpose of Draughting [undecipherable: probable reading "Edwin"] Shillings & three pence, for advertising Sunday [undecipherable] from this Detachments Marched ag.^t the insurgents [undecipherable] Order Col.
