Made Oath in due form of law that as appears by the accounts

against Said Philip Reed Lieut. Col. Commandant of the 33.
Regiment of Militia that Robert Sanders had charg'd the
Said Reed for the following Services to wit: for advertising a
Meeting of the officers of his Regt. for the purpose of Draughting

from this Detachments Marched ag.t the insurgents [undecipherable] Order
Col. Reed) Eighteen Shillings & three pence, for advertising

Seven pence half penny; the Deponent further Swears that he
