                         Sir
                             The Warrant N.o 1308. 1323.and1324 state to 

be charged by the Treasurer and not credited by the Accountant were issued in December 1794 and credited by the Accountant in the Quarterly Accounts ending 31 December 1794 - but the claimant not calling on the Treasurer the Warrants were not paid until January 1795 is the cause of their being inserted in his accounts for the last Quarter - and the Warrants No 44.46.175.227, and 229. stated to be credited by the Accountant and not charged by the Treasurer has arisen in the like manner they having been issued within the Quarter ending 31st March 1795. but not paid by the Treasurer - untill the following month they of course will appear in his accounts of the present quarter.
