R.P.O. 401810.] [Stamp: MASTER from State Dept Nov 24 S.P.O. 401...] Sir Fort Washington May 3^rd 1795 By this conveyance I have written to Col O'Hara advising him that two Bills of money, One for 1500 Dollars, the other for 1300 Dollars in two Setts and at 5 days Sight from Smith & Findlay would be presented for paym't, and that I should be oblig'd to draw for a sum not exceeding ten thousands Dollars in consequence of a late order from the Commander in Chief, on the purchase of 600 Pack horses.
