[Letter from Maj^r Craig — No. 6 — 1795] [Received from State Dep't. Nov. 24. 1894. R.P.O. 401310.] Pittsburg 1^st May 1795. Sir. Your letter of the 24^th Ultimo is come to hand, and I have to thank You for your Attention to my drafts. as expressed in your Letter. I am now sending to Fort Washington Three Boats loaded with whiskey Q^r Mast^r Stores &c Viz: Scythes, Grass Hooks, Axes, Horse shoes, Waggons, Bags Tar and two hundred Common tents. Twenty Horseman tents. of those that were delivered here by the Militia Army. The Marquee for Gen^l Wayne is also sent forward. I have this day laid out an encampment. for one hundred and fifty recruits enlisted in [the] few days at Gen^l Morgans encampment.. those recruits added. to these inlisted here during the Latter part of the [undecipherable] to near 300. men. for which Clothing is immediately wanted especially Linen Overalls.
