R.P.O.401310.] Pittsburg 1^st May 1795. Sir, Your Letter of the 24^th Ultimo is come to hand, and I have to thank You for Your attention to my drafts. as expressed in your Letter. I am now sending to Fort Washington Three Boats Loaded with whiskey & Mess: Stores. [undecipherable] Viz: Scythes, Grass Hooks, Axes, Horse shoes, Waggons, Bags Tar and two hundred Common tents. Twenty Horseman tents. of those that were delivered here by the Militia Army. The Marquee for Gen^l Wayne is also sent forward. I have this day Laid out an encampment. for one hundred and fifty recruits enlisted in the few days at Gen^l Morgans encampment. those recruits Added. to these inlisted here during the Latter part of the [strikethrough: Winter] [undecipherable] to near 300. men. for which Clothing is immediately wanted especially Linen Overalls.
