The Waggons now Purchased are without Covers I therefore presume if the Quarter Master Gen^l has not taken that article into veiw in his Estimate for the Current Year, it is proper that it shou'd yet be attended to in Philadelphia The Marque brought to this place by the Secretary of the Treasury, is it to be sent forward to General Wayne or is it to be return'd to Philadelphia.
