Document 1795George Gale, Supervisor of Maryland, will transmit a sum to Ensign David Thompson at Winchester, being the pay of himself, Ensign Yelverton Peyton, and the recruits under his command for the first quarter of 1795. It is expected that every officer will make out his payroll, accompanied by the muster, and transmit it to the Accountant's office at the end of every two-month period.
