I have received your letter of the 14th Instant by the hands of Major DeButts enclosing an Invoice of two Packets C & K. which the Major has also handed me, & were found to Contain, agreeable to Invoice, & for which I have signed Duplicate Receipts Viz Packets C Nine hundred Dollars & K, one thousand five hundreds & Seventy Dollars Total two thousand five hundred & Seventy Dollars to be applyed to Pay & forage of the troops at the Upper Posts of the Ohio, for January & February 1795.
