I certify that from a Letter of Certificates dated 18th Instant covering a Receipt of John Habersham Collector of the Customs for Savannah in Georgia said Habersham has applied to the incidental & contingent Expenses of the War Department and which is thus discounted of the Monies arising from Duties, Imposts and Tonnage, the sum of eighteen Dollars Seventy five Cents for which he is to be accountable in pursuance of a Warrant to be issued in his favor by the Secretary of War to which said Receipt is to be annexed agreeably to the Communication of the Comptroller —
