Massachusetts DW A Office [Ed. Note: Department of War Accountant’s Office] April 23. 1795 Sir, Your letter of the 4th Ins. covering the receipts of yourself & men to the 31st of December 1794 I have received which after an Examination will be payd to your Credit.
