The moulds for the Shot were assuredly made with great exactness and [undecipherable] in the know- ledge of a uniform [undecipherable] & exactly [undecipherable]. [undecipherable] dimensions [undecipherable] are noted in the enclosed Statement. M^r Faesch himself [undecipherable] informed [undecipherable] [undecipherable] the Moulds in Philadelphia.
