Explains U.S. desire for peace, will forgive Indian Nations for wrongs. Advised avoiding British and their deceptions. Promises of trade upon signing of treaty with U.S., discussed building villages on "this side of the Ohio" river, and offered assurances of peace. Could not offer land on the Wabash to the Indians. Thanks for returning of prisoners;
