I certify that upon a letter of the Comptroller dated 30th March last covering a Receipt of John Habersham Collector of the Customs for Savannah in Georgia, said Habersham has applied to the incidental and contingent Expence of the War Department, and which he has accounted of the monies arising from Duties and Imposts and tonnage the sum of two Dollars, for which he is to be held accountable in pursuance of a Warrant to be issued in his favor by the Secretary of this to which said Receipt is to be annexed agreeably to the Communication of the Comptroller — .
