Document 1795A considerable sum of money is still charged to former Paymaster William Weeks which appears to be unaccounted for by him. It is said that Weeks' accounts were delivered to Assistant Paymaster William Bedlow and forwarded by him to the Paymaster General's office. So far these accounts have not been found but if they are located, they will be examined and the amount credited to Mr. Weeks.
