The Bearer Major De Butts has a charge of two thousands five hundred and seventy Dollars, as p^r enclosed Invoice, being for the Pay and forage of the troops at the upper Posts of the Ohio for the months of January and February 1795, for which sum you are held Accountable and will please give him Duplicate Receipts.
