Sir I request that you will caufe to be packed up, from the military ftores at Governor's Island, and fhip on board the Revenue Cutter now in the harbor of New York from Charleston, the following articles — — For 18 pounders - - - - {100 flannel cartridges, with Caps & Cylinders. {300 paper cartridges. {300 shot. 4 barrels musket powder. 1 ream musket cartridge paper. 1 lb thread. 1 Gin (or triangle) for mounting cannon 20 flicks of portfire.
