Sir,
I have the honor to transmit you enclosed a Muster Roll of the Recruits inlisted by me; taken on the 31. ult.
With the last Sets of Musters there was transmitted my Recruiting Account together with the Vouchers for the same; having never received any [strikethrough: of those] Accounts respecting them I am at a Loss to know whether they were duly received or not.
