I hope the Secret[undecipherable: ary] of War will have made up his mind [undecipherable] by the 31^st of this Mo, when another quarter, Pay and nine Mo and 20 days rations will become due, I hope then to receive them together, at w^ch time I Shall Send my Acc^ts to your Office.
