McNair, which I apprehend would have Obviated some of the Difficulties you mention. You will therefore find a Duplicate of that Letter enclosed, to which I have to beg your immediate & particular Attention my Letter by Last Post, Viz of the 6^th Instant. has pointed out some of the purposes for which cash is immediately Wanted.
