of the Treasury Orders the 11 March 1795
Letter
1st The Presents for Indians will hereafter be
Subject to the following examinations.
2d All purchases in that may be necessary
in this affair will be made by Contract or by agents
accountable to you.
3d The Presents for Indian Trade, which
may be [sent?] from this Quarter, will be addressed to
