Document 1795Nicholas Fish will transmit to Lieutenant McClelland a sum to be used for the recruiting service. McClelland's muster roll and the receipt for the pay of his command through December 1794 has been received. In the future these papers will be addressed to Howell's office with an outside cover superscribed to the Secretary of War.
