Sir,
You will receive herewith my recruiting Account up Mto to the 28. Feby Mts together with the Mens Inlistments & Receipts as Vouchers for the several Sums stated to have been disbursed, also a Reciept Roll of the Sums paid on Account of pay up to the 31. Oct. 1794.
There is likewise enclosed a Muster Roll made up to the 28. Feby 1795: pursuant to the Form heretofore transmitted.
