Herewith you will find enclosed Muster & Pay Rolls, agreeable to the annexed Schedule the amount of which please to pass to my credit. A Statement of my transactions as pay Master is also now enclosed and submitted to you, by this statement it appears that Cash recd at several times on account of Pay Forage & subsistence of the Troops at the upper Posts of the Ohio and other Credits amount to Dolls 18.671.00 And that the Pay Rolls, accounts of Forage, and subsistence now & formerly transmitted amount to Dollars 15.819 n 348 Cents. And ten Dollars per Month as Pay Master Commencing the 1st Jan 1793 & ending 31 Decr 1794 Amounts to Dollars 130 Total 15.949 n 345 Cents a balance therefr of Dollars 2525 n 253 Cents unaplied, Colo Butlen Oct and the Rolls of the Detachment at Fort Randolph are not yet come to hand.
