[Pittsburgh Isaac Craig / Philadelphia the Morris[?] / 15^th March 1795 / Post mentioning —] Pittsburg 15^th March 1795 Sir I have this moment received your Letter of the 6^th Instant, wherein you state the many difficulties in the way of Obtaining at the Treasury the necessary supplies of Cash for the Q M Dep^t. by this Statement, I am led to presume, you have not rec^d my Letter of the 17^th Ultimo, transmitted by the Hands of Col. McNair, which I apprehend would have Obviated some of the Difficulties you mention. You will therefore find a Duplicate of that Letter enclosed, to which I have to beg your immediate & particular attention my Letter by Last Post, Viz of the 6^th Instant, has pointed out some of the purposes for which Cash is immeditaly wanted. I have some time ago applyd to you for a sett of books rul'd for Dollars & Cents. I hope you have not forgot them. Please to send them forward as soon as possible.
