I Certify that there is due to a Detachment [of?] the Corps of Artificers & Engineers stationed at Fort Mifflin under the command of Captain Joseph Elliott the sum of two hundred Thirty two Dollars & Sixteen Cents being for Pay of himself [and?] his men and the non commissioned Officers & Privates of the said Detachment in January 1795 in such sum is to be transmitted to John & Dickie Supervisors [undecipherable] herewith to be by him paid to the said Capt.
