Carlisle July 10 1795 Sir This first I Received Yours, wherein you point out a Mistake in my Muster Rolls it is the Method I have been taught not to insert any Mans Name in that Column, but those fit for duty. by the Recapitulation you will perceive that The Most of the Men left by Lt Huchins are Sick Present all in that except Callow & Asley, I dont think it would be proper for me to alter the Muster Rolle, as that would be Making Men fit for duty that are really Sick Present as expressed in the same Manner as Tho^s Law is in the same Column above: In my Last Muster Rolle, the same men will appear tho Most of them Present fit for duty.
