Albany 2^d February 1795 Sir I had the honor of acknowledging the receit of your letter of 22^d Decem^r in mine of 9^d Utt^o and expressed a probability that the Men under my command, would continue with me some time, to which I have received no reply. I beg you to forward on the pay for this Muster, as the Men have received their Bounty & I have been obliged to make partial advance to enable them to make discharge some trifling debts, the non payment of which, would subject them to arrests, and cause me some inconvenience.
