Document 1795Howell returns Captain Blackburn's muster roll to him and lists the mistakes contained therein. Blackburn is to make a new roll for all the troops under his command through the end of 1794. Since the Senate has rejected Captain Lee's appointment, Blackburn will be required to pay Lee's men as well.
