Mr Samuel Fisher has just arrived & has forwarded me your letter of the 7th Instant together with two packets which I have found to contain agreeable to your Schedule, three thousand six hundred & thirty Dollars which shall be applied according to your appropriation to pay Forage & Subsistence of the Troops at the upper Parts of the Ohio. Mr Fisher will hand you my receipt for the above sum, together with a packet containing several Muster & pay Rolls of Troops at the upper Parts of the Ohio agreeable to the annexed Schedule which also contains Capt John Heath's Subsistence account commencing 1st January & ending 31 Dect 1794 inclusive, total amount of Pay & Subsistence, three thousand two hundred & thirty [undecipherable] Dollars Eighty Cents that sum please to pass to my credit.
Blank Muster & pay Rolls are much wanted please to send a few by first Opportunity
