You will therefore be pleas'd to take receipts from each claim'd at [his] legal representative for the [sum] due to each agreeable to inclos'd Receipt to show what is furnished for your convenience to [undecipherable] [undecipherable] Secretary in the execution of this business; incase of a signature not being written it must be evid[enc'd] by a witness of known respectability [and] if a [undecipherable] a representative [of] claimant the authority must accompany the receipts which are to be lodg'd in this Office as soon as dispatch'd to accomplish the business.
