On the arrival of the Militia Army at the place it became necessary to establish an Hospital for the sick of that army at Wash. Roger Wales by order of Governor Lee appointed to superintend it. The Doctor has himself accountable, has been at some expence in making other provisions, & it now appears that Governor Lee has neglected to point out means of defraying the consequent expences of that establishment.
