hand particularly noting where the whole is deposited — and Military Stores sent to the Army shall be charged to the Commissioner of Military Stores — who on the order of the Commander — Ordnance and Army, shall as possible [to] The Clothing for the Army shall be packed and marked agreeably to the Muster Rolls of each Legion and forwarded entire to the Army address'd to the Person specially appointed to receive it, who shall under the order of the Commanding Officer [give?] it to the respective Captains or Officers commanding the Companies [of?] [each?] Legion and make returns quarterly to the Superintendant of the receipts, the [Stores?], and the articles remaining on hand, and annually [he?] shall forward his amounts with the vouchers to the Superintendent for final adjust- ment — All Clothing forwarded or Delivered to [accounting?] [parties?] shall be charged to the Officers commanding the [party?] and [amounts?] thereof Shall be forwarded to the [person?] on charge of the
