I have enclosed my Subsistance Rects with Ensign Frothinghams, for the present Year. I have enclosed a Certificate from Issr Whittelsey, shewing that neither of us have drawn our Rations at this Post. Should you find our Accounts Correct, and no Impropriety in them, will be oblig'd to you to send on our Subsistence with the Monthly Pay
