I believe a letter of mine in relation to the procuring of Fire Engines for the Naval yards & ultimately for the Ships, remains to receive your observations. Anchors of the largest sizes upon Terms much more favorable than those communicated by Brown & Francis are under Consideration — with great respect I am, &c.
