Accountants Office December 19^th 1794 Sir I certify that I am a letter of the Comptroller dated 15^th October last covering two receipts of John Habersham Collector of the customs in Savannah in Georgia said Habersham has applied to the incidental and Contingent expenses of the War Department and which he has discounted out of the monies arising from duties on Imports and Tonnage the sum of Nine dollars for which he is to be held accountable in pursuance of a Warrant to be issued in his favor by the Secretary of War to which said receipts are to be annexed agreeably to the communication of the Comptroller.
