In my letter of the 20th [ult.] I enclosed a pay roll with a qualification thereon for the Gentleman who witnessed the payment Capt Hannah made his accounts to [undecipherable] Foby and March to execute— I apprehended that it was the wrong roll, therefore have enclosed you a list of the mens names and sums annexed thereto, which the Capt received) and a qualification which you will please have inserted and transmitted to this Office when an immediate settlement will be made to Capt Hannah's accounts.—
