Mr Coxe has the honor to inform the Secy of War, that Col Francis Nicholls will depart tomorrow for Downings town, Lancasr & Reading, with a view to ensuring a complete and timely supply of aid for the Pennsylva Division of the Militia Army. Any instructions wth the Secy may desire to give to Col Nicholls, he will be pleased to transmit to his Brother (Col W. Nicholls) in Race Stree. A copy of Col. Carringtons letter to Major Genl Morgan will be in Col Fs Nichols hands —
