[S^r]                                                             S: R.O    November 24   1794 I am satisfied that the plan of returning the Wing^s of Mary C^o & Jersey Divisions of troops from their respective places of first Rendezvous will be well executed under the direction of Mess^rs Blunt Gate Yarrington &c because they are experienced in the arrangements for moveing them hither in September. But the business of the Pennsd Division was done by Gen^l Millens, & Col Biddle & who are not here at this time. Their sub agents & details are not known to me. Wherefore I have the honor to request of you. 1^st A note of the numbers in each sub division of the Penn^s troops, with the places to w^ch they are to be marched for discharging, & the Officers commanding the sub divisions. 2^dly The places at w^ch you conceive any kind of provision should be made. 3^dly The particular kinds of Supplies & aid, & the quantities of each, to be provided at each place, such as rations, forage, Waggons &c.
