Accountants Office November 19^th 1794 Sir The Treasurer will remit upon this his transmitted to George Fleming Esq^r the sum of one thousand dollars being on account of the incidental expences of the Ordnance department — Also the further sum of one hundred and twenty four dollars being a balance of pay due William Scott from December 26^th 1793 to October 25^th 1794 inclusive for which M^r Fleming will sign receipts accordingly — Nicholas Fish Esq^r I am Sir & Joseph Howell Y^r D.
