Some of them can't even carry their knapsacks or Muskets. Five days pro=visions two boxes of spare Clothing, and do make up part of the Load. Besides the Tents to cover the troops on the March— the certainty of bad Roads at this Season of the Year— and the addition of fourteen Recruits to join at Lancaster— The circumstances will make it necessary that you should afford additional means of Transportation which I make no doubt you will arrange in a proper manner.
