James Seagrove Esq. is charged with the sum of three thousand one hundred and forty dollars and ten Cents to be delivered you which, I expect will complete the pay Subsistence and forage of the troops in Georgia under the Command of Lt Col. Henry Gaither for this present year and the further sum of Eight thousand two hundred and Sixty seven dollars and 53 Cts. in the pay of Capt. James Armstrong and the Men under his Command for their Services to the 1st of June 1795 agreeable to the rolls transmitted by you to this Office, for which you will sign duplicate receipts to be accounted for the due application thereof.
