It is not expected that Captain Lyman's detachment will descend the Ohio this fall but remain in the vicinity of Pittsburg — Another detachment is also about marching from this City under Lieutenant Paulding which until it is expected when joined by the Recruits at Lancaster be about Seventy non Com^d and privates they are also to remain at Pittsburg — Provision is to be made for them also.
