In preparation for the return of the army from western Pennsylvania, supplies should be provided for the return of the troops to the following locations with the designated officer in charge of supplies at those sites: Virginia's troops to Winchester (Carrington), Maryland's troops to Williamsport (Gale), Pennsylvania's troops to Lancaster (Coxe's choice), and New Jersey's troops to Trenton (Hunt).
