I inclose you a blank muster roll of a Company as a form for your government. I observe in the roll you have transmitted that the dates of enlistments of several of the recruits are not inserted. I they have been transferred to your command it should be annexed the Company to which they belonged and when joined at your encampment. When you have mustered them up to the first of a month agreeably to the existing instructions and transmit the roll I shall remit you their pay —
