Lancaster 29^th October 1794 Sir Yours of the 29^th. was handed me last evening with the inclosure for which, fauless a receipt and note shall give your attention respecting the manner in which the Tented waggons are to be Carryed in future, but I have apprised of the manner in which the Coverings is now to be done I should Probably have offered my Proposal to the Inspectors but Suppose it now too late, I mentioned to you in the Same letter in which I gave you my Plan of arranging the Coverings that I had purchased two horses for the purpose of forwarding the Coverings of which you mention not a Word, those horses I so request [undecipherable] taken on Public account as they have been Constantly Imployed, and shall therefore thank you for information respecting them that I may regulate myself accordingly and remain Sir Your most Obedient Servant Matthias Slough Col.
