Jones Mill October 29. 1794 Sir The Light Corps with the Jersey Infantry and Brigade of Cavalry are at Indian Creek in Segonier Valley — where they continue, till this division gets up, which will be this morning, as the march will com- mence [undecipherable] an hour. This division had, I believe, the [undecipherable] [undecipherable] encumbered with all the [undecipherable] which [has] thrown it a days march [behind] the other. But by a letter received yester[day] from Governor Lee it appears that the right wing is fully in [undecipherable] with the left. All [undecipherable] essentially [undecipherable] with both wings & the [undecipherable] doctrine [undecipherable] [undecipherable] [undecipherable] as [would] possibly [have been] expected. The Meeting at Parker[undecipherable: Parkersburg?] [undecipherable] [undecipherable] told [undecipherable] a new appointment of Commissioners to deprecate the advance of the army and [undecipherable] expressions of pacific intentions. But there is no thing which can occasion a question about the propriety of the army's proceeding to its ultimate destination. No appearances whatever of opposition [occur?].
