Sir
I have the honor to inform you, that a vessel bound to St Simons in Georgia will sail on monday next, and can take on board any articles for the public service; which it may be convenient for the War Department to have transmitted thither. The nature of the business on which this Vessel is despatched, will not however admit of her stopping at any other place than S. Simons. I have the honor to be Sir Your mo. Obedt. Servt.
