Inst covering the Muster & Pay Rolls therein [undecipherable]
which after examination will pass accordingly to
your credit —

thousand five hundred & forty dollars agre[undecipherable]
to the list of [undecipherable] enclosed, being the sum I have
estimated to be due to the troops at Fort [Fayette?] [undecipherable]
[& its] dependencies to the 1st Instant excluding Capt [undecipherable]
[undecipherable] detachment whose pay commences the 4 [undecipherable]
last Capt Howes detachment, I have commenced
from 4 May as will appear by the enclosed
