Sir Lancaster 13^th October 1794 Your favours of the 18^th Current was handed me yesterday morning about 9 o'Clock as I was on my way into the Country to Conduct Suttle for the Army, had I been at home I should with pleasure have Complyed with your request in taking from your Depot the Dispatches [undecipherable] had & have forwarded them to the [undecipherable], but their not being the ones and I not having a Surity order Signed I thought it best to let your [undecipherable] as his leave appeared [undecipherable].
