In hopes I should have prepared every Paper which I wish to [undecipherable] to you but I have found it impracticable. He sets out in the morning and I can only send you the enclosed -- I am so much exhausted from the Fatigues of the last four Weeks that I am scarcely able to attend to business. But promise that [undecipherable] as soon as possible forward to you my Quarterly Returns of the Store with every other returns which you have required, and engage in a minute examination of the Powder and every other Article of the Store.
